Trinidad 7 Pot Mustard (Capsicum chinense)

This pepper packs a little less of the heat of a Trinidad 7 Pot Red varieties. It ripens to a dark olive green with traces of light sandy brown. The flavor is different than any other Trinidad 7 Pot. I would have to say kind of combination of fruity smoky.

Trinidad 7 Pot Mustard chile plants are good producers for Trinidad 7 Pot's and get just over 3 feet tall. Stability of this is unknown as we have only grown for one season.

At Refining Fire Chiles we isolate our seed production plants to avoid cross-pollination with other chile species. If you want to try it yourself contact us for seeds, plants (March-August) and fresh chiles (September).

We also grow the Trinidad Scorpion, Naga Morich, Chocolate Habanero and many other Hot Chile Pepper plant varieties!
